Upon full payment, ownership and use rights for completed deliverables are governed by your signed agreement. B.C. Residential Construction, L.L.C. retains rights to general methods, processes, and non-confidential project documentation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
B.C. Residential Construction, L.L.C. shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of use of the website or delays and limitations outside reasonable control during project performance.
